How should I expect my package to arrive?

The Original Good Co. partners with multiple carriers to offer a variety of shipping options, including 3-5 business days and 1-3 business days. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with details on processing times. Depending on your shipping address, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We encourage you to track your order using the tracking number provided once your package is processed and shipped. Please note that once your package leaves The Original Good Company, it is in the hands of the chosen carrier.

How long does delivery take?

We ship all orders twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. 

If you choose expedited shipping, such as next-day delivery, please note that it will be processed on the shipping days mentioned above. 

For international orders, delivery usually takes 7-12 business days, depending on the destination.

If you need earlier delivery, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you at no additional shipping charge.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, simply add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country, and click "Update Your Cart Total."

All orders with expedited shipping will be processed on Mondays and Thursdays

Do we accept returns?

No, at this time we do not accept returns.

Since candles are personal-use items, once they are opened or used, they can’t be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, we want to ensure the highest quality for all of our customers by minimizing product handling. Therefore, all sales are final.
